1st World Congress of Pediatric ENT. Buenos Aires, Argentina

In many countries throughout the continents, pediatric otolaryngologists have a greater participation in congresses, conferences, courses, and publications every day. The 1st World Congress of Pediatric ENT is the opportunity for all who love this profession and want to learn and share experiences, and dreamt of a united community of pediatric otolaryngology, to finally meet.
The collaboration with the team of Dr. Hugo Rodríguez at the Garrahan hospital has lasted for many years and, to crown this enduring friendship, The Susy Safe Registry has participated in this important international congress, spreading the results of the research through the presentation of the following abstracts:
▪Data on evidence-based prevention of choking injuries: the New Susy Safe project set up
▪The role of the ENT specialist: from the clinics to public health
▪The Italian Ministry of Health Guidelines on choking prevention
▪The role of NGO s: the example of the CHOP project

Thanks to the information stand, it was also possible to interact directly with the congress audience and gather new adhesions, present the most hazardous food and distribute informative material.
